1) Your site must be graphics related. I'd like graphics sites that have the same quality as my own site. Sometimes, I make exceptions.
2) All graphics must be your own.
3) You must update at least once a month.
4) Our link must be on all of your pages.
5) Your site cannot be on our wall of shame.
6) Your site doesn't have to be neo-related, just graphics related or tutorial related.
7) NO TAG BOARDS! MY GOODNESS! They are cool, but they will put popups on your site! Read the terms of use! READ THEM! If you have a tag board, it has to be on another page.
8) No nasty stuff please. Keep it clean, my darling =)
